Protest against the Vivisectors Conference

The Australia and New Zealand Laboratory Animals Association is the industry group for people who experiment on animals. ANZSLAA is holding its annual conference here in Wellington this week.
In New Zealand, 341,520 animals were experimented on last year, and more than 18702 were subjected to ‘very severe’ suffering. The people who do this are meeting this week at the Duxton Hotel, 170 Wakefield Street, Wellington.

What you can do:
Protest against the vivisectors conference
4.30pm to 5.30pm Wednesday 2 September
170 Wakefield Street, Wellington

Phone the Duxton and tell them what you think of hotels that host animal torturers.
phone 0800 655 555 (every call costs them money)

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your invite to the animal rights protest tonight - and info permanently stenciled on the wall at Peoples Coffee - kind of cool - but also kind of not.

Culture jamming with stencils on walls is quite a cool thing. Stenciling statistics with advertising for a single event is something else.

Requesting more inventive stencils in the future please.
